The SMTP/SMPP Gateway is a protocol converter whose goal is to be able to use a company's existing resources and systems.
This product allows an easy integration between SMS platforms and/or any type of external application in a simple and transparent manner.
Access to the SMPP world is therefore achieved, allowing SMS to be sent with a preferential quality of service and transfer rates.
The Gateway accepts messages originated in applications or systems that use SMTP to send mails, sending them to SMS platforms using the SMPP protocol. It also has a XML connection that allows for a similar conversion.
As a complementary feature, the Gateway allows two-way communication, where the recipient of the message can reply from his/her cell phone and have that reply be received via SMTP by the original application.
It is ideal for trading messages with different operators and technologies (GSM, TDMA, iDEN and CDMA) simultaneously, using only one interface.
